Small suggestion for Direct Song
Id like to see a "Now Playing" notification for Direct Song in the options menu (logically beside the current DS icon) that tell you the title of the track currently playing.
Maybe its just me, but I'd like to know what Im listening to...

I checked out Direct Song and I wasn't sure if I want to pay $5. I mean $5 is not a lot at all but I've heard there are not that many new songs in the pak?

How about a little less DRM in Direct Song music! itunes playing mp3s is sooo much better.

Also apparently you have to enable both Sorrow's Furnace and Special Edition (incase you have downloaded those two), separately each time you want to use the "Temporary" licenses.
Here's an idea :
add an intergated window with checkboxes displaying all the add-ons and let users choose which to use and which not to use (optionally needing restart of the game, that's not the main issue).
The only way I have found to activate the temporary license of the music packs is to open it in MEdia Player, and I also have to reenter my password each time...

I just turned off the in-game music and have my own music playing in a different program. One of my friends uses Winamp, I use Windows Media Player. I don't see any reason why you couldn't have your iTunes player playing whatver you want in the background. If I going to be hearing the same darn music over and over and over, it's for darn sure going to be music that I like, not some random music that some random game designer likes.

an ingame music player would be nice, with just basic play, stop, next track, random. you can generate ur own playlist via a standalone program which makes a playlist in ur GW directory. i like having my own music playing but when it comes to cutscenes having the streets singing about too much brandy while theres a big serious plot line unfolding doesnt fit the mood n i dont wanna minimize n stop then open again. bah.

Eh, I've seen every cutscene in the game many times over. Whenever they come on, I just hit "Skip" then start making a sandwich as I know that there's always one person who wants to watch it. I don't care about some "unfolding plot point" -- I'm so familiar with them all that I could almost recite everything that's said from memory. I've already unfolded every plot point. I'm interested in taking this newly unfolded paper and folding my own origami pieces now.
